Terms and Conditions of TaxiChatter

Article 1 - Definitions

TaxiChatter: the provider of the online fare calculation service via the taxibot "Chatr".

Chatr: the AI taxibot of TaxiChatter that calculates fares and forwards requests to MatchMyDriver.

MatchMyDriver: the intermediary platform between customers and taxi drivers, part of the same ecosystem as TaxiChatter.

Article 2 - Applicability and acceptance

These terms and conditions apply to any use of the services of TaxiChatter and the Chatr taxibot.

By clicking "submit request" in the taxibot Chatr, the customer declares to have read and agrees to these general terms and conditions.

Article 3 - Role of TaxiChatter (NOT a Main Contractor)

TaxiChatter and the Chatr taxibot exclusively provide the following services:

IMPORTANT - LEGAL POSITION: TaxiChatter is NOT a main contractor and does NOT act as a carrier/transport provider. TaxiChatter does not enter into any agreement with the customer for the execution of taxi rides. TaxiChatter is solely a fare calculator and offers as a free service/assistance to post your ride request on MatchMyDriver. TaxiChatter is in no way responsible for the execution of the ride, arranging a taxi driver, or the quality of the service.

These rates are posted on the MatchMyDriver website. Interested drivers apply this rate and cannot determine a different rate themselves.

Article 9 - Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions.
