Chatr calculates your price directly based on the distance and your chosen options. No surprises, no hidden costs.
5. Confirm your booking
Agree with the fare? Fill in your contact details and your request is placed directly on MatchMyDriver. You will immediately receive a confirmation email.
6. Driver accepts the ride
Once a driver accepts your request, you and the driver automatically receive each other's contact details as confirmation.
7. Enjoy your ride
Your driver will come to you at the agreed time. Relax and let yourself be safely transported to your destination.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to get a driver?
Once a driver accepts your request on MatchMyDriver, you will automatically receive a confirmation with the driver's details. For rides with short booking times, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
Can I book a last-minute taxi?
Yes, but availability depends on drivers in your area. Booking in advance works better and gives you more certainty that a driver can actually be arranged. Rides within an hour can also be requested, but availability at such short notice is less certain.
What if no driver is available?
In rare cases, it may happen that no driver is available. You can then submit a new request or search for a driver yourself at matchmydriver.com/search-drivers.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, after contacting your driver you can discuss changes. Cancellation terms are agreed directly with the driver.
